Warranty
DecoLife  provides 2 years warranty starting from the date of purchase.

If your purchase appears to have manufacturing defects during the warranty period, you may contact us to make a claim.

The warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects of the products.

Cancellation and Returns
What is your policy on returns?

"We understand that you may occasionally need to return a purchase. To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:

Returns Policy:
Assembled products are generally not returnable unless a manufacturing defect is determined by our team. We reserve the right to inspect for defects and may offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
Used, altered, assembled, or installed products (unless defective) are not eligible for return.

We cannot accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear, even under warranty.
We do not offer exchanges for color or size. Returns must be processed, and a new order placed.

Return Procedures:
Returns must be in their original packaging and submitted within 20 days of delivery.
Include the original invoice, accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards.
Order cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.
Returns may take 20-30 business days for collection.

Refund Options:
Refunds for manufacturing defects will be issued.
Credit/Debit Card refunds may take 4-15 business days, depending on your bank.
Cash on Delivery refunds can be processed as a bank transfer (contact support) or a Return Voucher. Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days.
Voucher payments will receive a Return Voucher to the order email address.

What is your return policy on DecoLife  products?

We will accept returns on your  DecoLife  purchases if:

- You have the original invoice.

- The item has not been used in any way.

- The item is not damaged.

You will receive a refund if:

- The item has a manufacturing defect.

- You cancel your order at least (24) hours before the delivery time.

Our crew can take 2-4 business days to collect your returns. If you've paid by Credit or Debit Card, your refund will be credited back to your card or account within 7-15 days, depending on your bank.


Can I cancel the order before the scheduled delivery date? If so then what is the refund process?

Yes, you can cancel your order before the scheduled delivery date without any charges. We will process your refund within 20-30 days. For more details, please check our cancellation policy.

Can I cancel or exchange the product at the of deliery? If so, will there be any additional charges?

You can return or request an exchange on your order at the time of delivery without any charges. Contact us 

IF AN ISSUE IS FOUND AFTER DELIVERY, WHICH PRODUCTS QUALIFY FOR A REPAIR/REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION?

If an item is found to be faulty, you can request a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation within 3 days of delivery.

We can collect the order free of charge or you can drop it at your nearest DecoLife store location and request repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT PRODUCT? CAN THE CORRECT PRODUCT BE DELIVERED ON PRIORITY?

In a circumstance where the wrong item is delivered, we will make it our priority to deliver the correct item on the following business day.

Free & Easy Returns
You may cancel or request a return on your Furniture Order within 3 days & Accessories orders within 14 days of the delivery date.

For hygiene reasons, no refund or exchange will be made on unwrapped bed linens, fabrics and mattresses.

Refund
After the returned order is received, a refund for the cost of the purchased products will be issued within 5-7 days via bank transfer. Refund will be done on the same card that was used when purchase was made.

Damaged
You may also cancel your Order if the Products are damaged faulty or not as described, in such cases we will refund the delivery cost as well, if any is paid.

Promotion Terms

Terms and Conditions:

• The promotion is valid for a limited time only. DecoLife  reserves the right to cancel it at any time.
• The promotion applies only to qualifying items displaying the offer label/message on their product information pages.
• Add 2 items to your cart to claim the offer at checkout.
• Unless the promotion indicates otherwise, it applies to the lowest-priced qualifying item and may not be combined with other offers.
• All qualifying items must be purchased in 1 order and shipped to a single address.
• Partial item returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not allowed for this promotion. If you wish to cancel, return, or refund, the complete order will be canceled.
• Free shipping applies to all furniture products only until 24th November 2024.
• Promotion requires a minimum of 2 B1G1 items to be purchased.
• Applies to orders placed with both Click & Collect and Home Delivery.
• If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your shopping cart when the promotion is in effect, the discount will not apply.
• If you remove any of the promotion items from your shopping cart or violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the discount will not apply

Pricing Terms and conditions

DecoLife  may not accept your order for Products if (a) the item/s is/are out of stock; (b) DecoLife is unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) shipping restrictions apply to a particular Product; (d)DecoLife  finds a Product or pricing error; or (e) for any other reason at DecoLife’s sole discretion. In any of these situations,DecoLife  will inform you that your order has not been accepted, will not process your payment and will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our decision to decline processing an order, or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
