Yes. Decolife warranties the original purchaser for a period of 2 years starting from the date of purchase. If your purchase has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, you can contact us to claim your warranty. Please note you will need your original sales receipt to initiate your warranty claim.

The color of the product may vary slightly from the picture displayed on your screen due to lighting, pixel quality, and color settings.

Please expect up to 5 mm of unevenness in the product due to differences in surfaces and floor levels.

The delivery team will not perform any civil work, such as drilling holes in the wall to mount the product. The product will only be assembled if carpentry assembly is required.

If the product appears to lack shine, wiping the surface with a cloth will help remove dust particles.
