You can return your order at the time of delivery without any charges and request for an exchange item.

If an item is found faulty, you have 3 days to request a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation. We can collect the order for free or you can drop the item at the nearest store location and request repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation.

After the receipt of the returned order, we will Refund the cost of the purchased Products within 20-30 days via bank transfer. Refund will be done on the same card that was used while purchasing the products online.

You may also cancel your Order if the Products are damaged faulty or not as described, in such case we will refund the delivery cost as well, If you paid any.

Declolife may not accept your order for products if:

(a) the item(s) is/are out of stock.

(b) DecoLife is unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

(c) Shipping restrictions apply to a particular product.

(d) DecoLife identifies a product or pricing error.

(e) For any other reason at Pan Home's sole discretion.

In any of these situations, DecoLife will inform you that your order has not been accepted, will not process your payment, and will not be liable to you or any third party for our decision to decline processing an order or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Yes, you can cancel the order before the scheduled date of delivery without any charges. We will process your refund within 20-30 days. For more details, please check the cancellation policy.

In a circumstance where the wrong item gets delivered, we will make it our priority to deliver the correct item on the next business day.
